I own a business on Long Island, can I participate in East End Restaurant Week?
East End Restaurant Week is designed for towns east of Wading River Rd./William Floyd Pkwy. Towns include: Amagansett, Aquebogue, Baiting Hollow, Bridgehampton, Calverton, Cutchogue, East Hampton, East Marion, East Quogue, East Moriches, Eastport, Flanders, Greenport, Hampton Bays, Jamesport, Laurel, Manorville, Mattituck, Montauk, New Suffolk, Northampton, North Sea, Orient, Peconic, Quogue, Remsenberg, Riverhead, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack, Shelter Island, Southampton, Southold, Speonk, Springs, Wading River, Wainscott, Water Mill, Westhampton, Westhampton Beach.

I am a participating restaurant, what do I do now that I have signed on?
Participating restaurants MUST offer a three-course prix fixe for $32.95 all night every night they are open from Thursday to Thursday, except Saturday when it only has to be offered until 7 p.m. The three-course prix fixe MUST include at least three choices for each course - 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 desserts. If you would like to add additional items that are higher priced, you may add them with a supplemental charge. This is provided that there are still at least THREE non-supplemented choices on the menu. You may also offer your existing menu IN ADDITION to the prix fixe menu.

When do you need my menu?
We suggest submitting your menu immediately.

How do I sign my business up to participate in EERW?
Go to the business sign up page and fill out the form, including payment by credit card.

I would like to participate but I don't have a credit card?
Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Checks can be made to Long Island Restaurant & Hospitality Group and sent to 512 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, NY 11937. Once the check clears, your business will be included on all press materials and the website.

Why am I paying a fee?
A participant registration fee of $475 $425 includes: Listing on the website with a link to your website, phone number and EERW menu or offers; print and online advertisements directing customers to websites; exposure on social media pages; public relations; and marketing materials.

Do I have to pay a fee if I have two businesses?
To be fair, all businesses must fill out a sign up form and pay the $425 fee for each property.

Why should I participate?
Restaurateurs experienced a surge in business during EERW, before the start of "high" season. Some reported a business increase of more than 50% during the promotion. EERW was designed to garner positive publicity and additional business for restaurants and has expanded to include lodging, and wineries.

When will my business be included on the website?
The EERW website is updated regularly. Your business will be listed within a few days after you sign up.

When is the deadline to participate in EERW?
There is no deadline to participate in EERW. However, to ensure your business is included in the complete promotional campaign, sign up as soon as possible to receive the maximum marketing benefits, as ads directing patrons to the website will begin to run.

Do participating restaurants have to accept reservations?
Your restaurant does not have to accept reservations for EERW if you prefer not to.

Can I include the EERW logo on my website and in my ads?
Yes, all participants will receive the EERW logo to display on their websites and ads via email.

I just filled out the participation form and paid the fee, how can I get a receipt?
