How do I sign my business up to participate in EERW?
Go to the business sign up page and fill out the form, including payment by credit card.

I would like to participate but I don't have a credit card?
Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Checks can be made to Long Island Restaurant & Hospitality Group and sent to 512 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, NY 11937. Once the check clears, your business will be included on all press materials and the website.

Why am I paying a fee?
A lodging participant registration fee of $225. That fee includes: listing on the website with a link to your website and phone number; print and online advertisements directing customers to the website; exposure on social media pages; public relations; and marketing materials.

Do I have to pay a fee if I have two businesses?
To be fair, all businesses must complete a sign up form and pay the $225 fee for each property. Lodging properties pay a lower rate than restaurants as they will ONLY be listed online NOT in print advertisements; however print advertisements will include mention of lodging discounts to be found on the website.

Why should I participate?
East End businesses have experienced a surge in business during EERW, before the start of "high" season. Some reported a business increase of more than 50% during the promotion. EERW was designed to garner positive publicity and additional business for restaurants and has expanded to include lodging.

When will my business be included on the website?
The EERW website is updated regularly. Your business will be listed within a few days after you sign up.

When is the deadline to participate in EERW?
There is no deadline to participate in EERW. However, to ensure your business is included in the complete promotional campaign, sign up as soon as possible to receive the maximum marketing benefits, as ads directing patrons to the website will begin to run.

Can I include the EERW logo on my website and in my ads?
Yes, all participants will receive the EERW logo to display on their websites and ads via email.

I just filled out the participation form and paid the fee, how can I get a receipt?
